
No prior programming experience is required. Only minimal familiarity with Python is helpful. Participants will not be expected to write code, as most of the processing is handled by the AstroGeoFit package.
The main task consists of properly completing a one-page specification form. However, basic familiarity with Python environments (e.g., Jupyter notebooks) is useful. Some knowledge of Unix/Linux systems and common command-line usage will be expected.
Yes. Bringing your laptop is mandatory. You will be using it either as a terminal to access our computer cluster, or for running small examples or pre and post-processing tasks.
To ensure a smooth experience and get the most out of the workshop, you can complete a basic setup on your laptop beforehand.
